Yes, you will need to be a registered Partner Agent with Offerhive to be able to request an offer on behalf of your customer. If you would like to become a Partner Agent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your seller can request an offer directly on the Offerhive website and follow the process, during which they will be matched with one of our certified local agents. Please email email@example.com if you would like more information on becoming a certified Offerhive agent.
Offerhive is currently working excusively in partnership with Members of The Guild of Property Professionals. If you are a Member of The Guild, Offerhive comes as part of your standard Membership package.
No, your commission will be paid once the property is purchased by the Property Buying Partner and completion has taken place.
Yes, upon the sale of the property to the Property Buying Partner you will receive 1.25% (inclusive of VAT) of the confirmed purchase price.
Once the property is bought by the Property Buying Partner, if an onward sale is required you will receive the property back for resale. In addition, you will also receive a further 1% (inclusive of VAT) of the onward sale price, when the property is subsequently sold by the Property Buying Partner.
